Is it possible for me to give a video as a gift?
Absolutely. Almost half of our videos are gifts.
When you surprise someone with a TimeLine Creative video, we work with you to craft a special message for your loved one-at the beginning or end of your video. Your friend/family member will also receive a customized gift card.
You say you shoot all projects in HD, but I don’t have an HD player or HD TV. Will I be able to view my final video?
Yes. Even though we shoot in HD, we can provide you with copies of your video in just about any format…including NTSC, HD or PAL.
When a web version of my video is posted for people to see, how long is it on-line?
All videos are on-line for one year. For an additional fee– that time can be extended indefinitely.
I’m going on a vacation with my family and would love to have somebody tag along to document our time together. Is this something you do? Do your videographers travel?
Yes, both our videographers and producers have traveled around the world to help capture and tell people’s stories. Obviously there’s an additional cost associated with this. Beyond that, we require two weeks notice to schedule travel for our staff.
How much input will I get when my final video is created?
Before we start any project, we meet with our clients to discuss your needs and expectations.
After this consultation, we devise a timeline of production milestones, so you’ll know what to expect every step of the way.
Once the shooting and editing are done, an on-line version of your video is posted (or a DVD sent to you if prefer) for you to review. After you view the video, we’ll discuss any minor tweaks or changes you’d like to see before we finalize your video.
Once my video is shot, how long will it take to get the final edited version?
It really depends on how hectic our schedule is when you call us. But in general, 2-3 weeks is fairly standard for turning around an edited project. In some cases we can have it done in 3 days or less, but there is a rush charge. For wedding videos that we turn around on the same day as your nuptials-in time for the reception-there’s an even greater premium charge.
